CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the Association is free, and open to the following:

(A) Business Entity.  A business entity (a) doing business as a sole proprietorship, corporation, partnership, or limited liability company, which is (b) organized and permitted to conduct business in the State of Alabama, (c) is or is soon to become a federal contractor or sub-contractor of the United States government, (d) has or is in the process of implementing an affirmative action program, or (e) businesses which have an interest in the purpose and goals of the organization, shall be entitled to membership in the Association.   

(B) Individual.  Any adult individual who is an employee of a business entity as described herein or has an interest in the purpose and goals of the organization.
